Lillytone provides assistance on software and hardware, supplying the tools required to use them correctly; it also includes all of the upgrades on the newest versions of software and hardware.

To send a support request you must be a registered customer and have a valid signed contract with our company.

Technical support is free of charge for the initial guarantee period and will be charged thereafter. The contracts are usually for the period of one year and are connected to the total cost of the project.

The technical support is driven by Service Level Agreements whereby Lillytone provides short turnaround on answers and an over time error rate close to zero.
